Sloan Women in Management (SWIM) works to increase opportunities for all women at MIT Sloan through networking events, speaker series, professional development workshops, and mentorship programs. Flagship events include the annual C-function, women’s ambassador day for incoming students, and an annual end-of-year celebration brunch. SWIM’s biggest event is an annual conference centered around various topics of interest to the SWIM community, most recently about identifying and managing unconscious bias.
