The Annual MIT Female Founders Pitch Competition is organized as part of the MIT Female Founders initiative that was started by four graduates of MIT Sloan School of Management under the MIT Sloan Club of New York. This event brings together founders, investors, industry experts, and companies to help build a strong ecosystem for MIT Female Founders.
Event Founder & Organizer | MIT Sloan MBA '21
A graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management, Parsons School of Design, and University of Toronto Engineering School, Anoosheh has over 10 years of work experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, and supply chain management, building and running today's leading and fully vertical packaging manufacturing company in the middle east with over 40% national market share. She is the Chief Business Officer of Six Star Bulk Bag, the biggest bulk bag manufacturing company in the middle east. In 2022, she launched her own fashion design house, Anoosheh & Banafsheh. With a keen eye for design, branding, marketing, and strategy, she has designed, built, promoted, and refined powerful brands and delightful innovative products that engaged and grew a loyal customer base in a wide range of industries. Anoosheh is the Marketing, Social Media, and Tech Chair and a board member of the MIT Sloan Club of New York.

PETER DOLCH
Event Founder & Organizer | MIT SB (MIS) '88
In 1995 Peter founded TGIX, a software development company which he ran for 25 years. During that time he managed numerous global enterprise engagements for companies including Pfizer, Hewlett Packard, and Hearst Publishing, as well as helped dozens of startups get launched, incubating one to a successful exit, and taking another from idea-on-a-napking all the way through to an IPO. Four years ago he took a break from managing a consulting company to focusing on the startup ecosystem. During that time he managed a small venture fund (AEON Foundry), co-founded a medical device startup based in Switzerland (Biospectal), and worked with numerous accelerators, incubators and angel groups to help entrepreneurs in various stages of their journey. He is currently working with several startups an advisory capacity, helping with fundraising, product roadmap, technology and operational strategies.
NHAT NGUYEN

Nhat is currently an Entrepreneur in Resident at Reserve.org, a blockchain project, angel investor, start-up advisor, and NGO founder. During her dual program - MBA at MIT Sloan and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, she worked with different education, healthcare, and tech start-ups. Prior to MIT & HKS, she was at Goldman Sachs and Vodia Capital wearing different hats in operations and asset management. Nhat is the founder of Fund For Dreams, an NGO with the mission to support children from impoverished background in developing countries to pursue their dreams through education.She cares deeply about equality and inclusion.

STEPHANIE MACCONNELL

Currently Senior Product at Clover Health, angel investor, Forbes contributor on the evolving FinTech and Healthcare ecosystems and inclusion in tech. Stephanie is a graduate of MIT Sloan where she was the Healthcare Sector Practice Lead helping startups across MIT, and was a pre-seed investment partner at Dorm Room Fund. Prior to MIT she was the first employee and Program Director at Empire Startups in New York, Technical PM at Epic, and Pre-MBA VC at Anthemis, an early stage FinTech VC in New York. Stephanie is passionate about elevating and investing in underestimated founders.
